The Following Fees and Rates are Effective January 1, 2024
Full Golf Memberships (Unlimited Golf at Tierra Oaks and Grape Ranch)
Full memberships include full membership at both Tierra Oaks Golf Club and Grape Ranch Golf Club. Full members only pay for carts.

Prepaid Dues
We are pleased to announce that we will be offering an annual prepaid dues option for 2023. The prepaid programs are for January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

With prepayment of dues, you will have a $50 per month allowance to use for carts, golf shop &/or restaurant purchases. Terms and Conditions (If you resign your membership, no pro-rated reimbursement of the prepaid dues will be offered. This offer is made with a 12-month commitment.)

It's that time of year again -- Time to consider taking advantage of the annual programs. Please make your payment before January 15th. The Annual Fee Program for cart & range will NOT be available after January 31st.
